My name is Arundhati

Arundhati Baitmangalkar has been teaching yoga for more than two decades, guiding students from India to the United States and now shaping a global community of practitioners and teachers. Born and raised in India, she brings an authentic perspective that honours yoga’s roots while making its ancient wisdom practical and accessible for modern life.

As the founder of Aham Yoga, Arundhati has been serving the Seattle yoga community for over 12 years. Her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings are known for their depth, clarity, and supportive environment. With more than a millions of students studying with her, and graduates teaching in 30+ countries, her influence extends far beyond the walls of her Redmond studio.

Arundhati’s work is globally recognized. She hosts the Let’s Talk Yoga podcast, one of the world’s top yoga podcasts with listeners in 190+ countries, and has been featured in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and other leading publications.

 

She has also performed on world stages as a Bollywood choreographer, bringing artistry and presence that enrich her yoga teaching.

Her teaching style blends precision with compassion. Students often describe her as clear, insightful, and deeply inspiring. She is committed to helping every trainee not only learn yoga but also step into their own voice with confidence, authenticity, and self-leadership.

Training will run from 11:00am to 7:00pm on Saturdays and 12:00pm to 7:00pm on Sundays. You will have lunch & tea breaks throughout the day.
