To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all our clients, we have established the following policy:

Account Setup: All accounts require a valid credit card on file. This helps us provide a seamless and efficient service, ensuring that your purchases are processed without delay.

Memberships:

• Memberships will automatically draft monthly from the date of purchase using the card on file.

• A signed contract is required to initiate your membership.

• To cancel your membership, an emailed request must be sent to admin@ahamyoga.com at least 14 days prior to the renewal date. Requests received through other emails or social media messages will not be considered valid.

• Memberships cannot be shared and cannot be placed on hold. They can only be canceled and repurchased.

Class Packs and Drop-ins:

• Class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Drop-ins expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

• No extensions are offered. If you are unable to use the passes before they expire, they may be gifted to another student attending Aham Yoga but will not be refunded.

Class Reservations and Cancellations:

• Your class reservation must be canceled at least 4 hours before the class starts.

• For class packs and core memberships, cancellations within 4 hours will result in the loss of that class credit.

• For All Access memberships, cancellations within 4 hours will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
