ONLINE 300-HOUR

Yoga Teacher Training

Deepen your yoga | Refine your teaching | Transform your understanding

A Training Built for Yoga Professionals Who Want More Than Just Hours

You’ve completed your 200-hour teacher training — but something still feels incomplete.

You teach, but crave more clarity, structure, and confidence.
You practice, but sense there’s much more to yoga than just asana.
You want depth, precision, authentcity, and truth — not trends.

That’s exactly why I created the Online 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training — a comprehensive, modular program designed to bridge the gap between surface-level yoga and true mastery.

This isn’t a course built to help you “clock more hours.”
It’s designed to help you think, see, and teach like an evolved yoga professional.

What’s Missing in Most Modern Yoga Education

Modern yoga teacher trainings often rush through deep concepts, skip context, or rely too heavily on pre-recorded lessons with little mentorship & average yoga teachers.

Here’s what’s often missing:

  • True integration of Indian philosophy, culture and context

  • A structured way to understand and apply asana beyond physical form

  • Deeper layers of yoga in a structured, relatable manner

  • Mentorship and feedback that helps you (actually) grow

  • Training that supports modern teachers without diluting yoga’s roots

This course brings all of that back — with structure, support, and soul.

Why This 300-Hour YTT Is Different

Most advanced YTTs overwhelm you with information - this training is built on three pillars:

1

Authentic Yoga & Depth

Rooted in classical Indian philosophy, history, and the living tradition of yoga — taught by an Indian yoga teacher with over two decades of experience teaching globally.

2

Structured Learning That Works

Each module builds progressively, combining pre-recorded study with live mentorship. You’ll get frameworks, checklists, roadmaps, and assignments to help you truly integrate what you learn.

3

Mentorship & Community

You’re not left to figure things out alone. Expect ongoing mentorship calls, peer discussions, and lifetime alumni access for continued learning and support.

 Inside the Training: Syllabus

Split into three modules, roughly 100 hours each focusing on a unique aspect of your yoga journey.

Module 1 · Sequence Smarter:
The Living Body of Asana

Deepen your relationship with asana — its evolution, intelligence, and living purpose.

This first module is where your journey begins.
You’ll uncover how asana evolved through India’s cultural and spiritual history, and learn to teach it with clarity, adaptability, and longevity.
Through our Sequence Smarter Framework, you’ll gain practical tools to design classes that are intelligent, safe, and deeply meaningful.

You’ll explore:

  • The historical and cultural evolution of asana — from ancient roots to modern relevance

  • How to support the ageing yoga student and evolve your own lifelong practice

  • Sequence Smarter Pose Bank: deconstructing and rebuilding foundational postures

  • Sequence Smarter Blueprints: frameworks for progressive, purposeful sequencing

  • Pose Families & Shape Logic: grouping poses that flow naturally and intelligently

  • Sequence Smarter Breath Framework: weaving pranayama awareness into movement

  • Sequence Smarter Props Masterclass: adaptability, creativity, and precision

  • Teaching Beginners with Confidence: structure, clarity, and language

  • Seeing every pose as a portal to deeper layers of yoga

  • Refining alignment, form, and energetic function

Module 1 will run from Feb 1st - May 31st 2026.

Module 2 · The Living Body of Prana

Module 1 helps you understand the physical body while Module 2  teaches you to feel the energetic body within it. You’ll explore how yogic science describes the movement of life force — prana — through the nadis, vayus, pranaschakras, and how breath, rest, and sensory regulation guide that flow.
This is where the practice turns inward, where stillness becomes strength.

You’ll explore:

  • The architecture of the pranic body — nadis, vayus, chakras, pranas & koshas

  • Pratyahara (Sensory Regulation) — learning to turn inward with awareness, not withdrawal

  • Breath as a Bridge — how conscious breathing shapes mind-state, energy, and emotional balance

  • The science and art of pranayama — cultivating vitality and steadiness through classical and modern techniques

  • The energetics of restorative yoga — sequencing for rest, rejuvenation, and nervous-system reset

  • Shavasana & Yoga Nidra as gateways to deep pranic healing and meditative stillness

  • Sequence Smarter for the Pranic Body — applying the same intelligent framework used in Module 1 to design energetic and breath-centric classes that balance rather than deplete

  • Reflection and personal work to map your own pranic patterns and inner rhythms

Module 2 will run from July 10th - September 20th 2026.

Module 3 · The Living Body of Teaching

Find your authentic teaching voice and learn to share yoga with depth, clarity & confidence.

If the first two modules help you understand and embody yoga, this final one teaches you how to express it powerfully and authentically.
This is where you refine your skills as a yoga professional — to teach beyond choreography, communicate with purpose, and design classes that carry meaning.

You’ll learn to weave philosophy, language, and sequencing into a cohesive experience that uplifts students while staying true to yoga’s roots.
Through mentorship, live labs, and structured teaching practice, you’ll gain the confidence to stand in front of any class — and truly teach, not just lead.

You’ll explore:

  • Teaching with authenticity — finding your voice, presence, and confidence as an educator

  • Intelligent cueing & communication — saying less, meaning more, and seeing your students deeply

  • Sequencing in real time — live sequence-building labs that strengthen creativity and adaptability

  • Themed classes & storytelling — bringing yoga philosophy to life in ways that are relatable and grounded

  • Crafting workshops & long-form learning — structuring deeper experiences for different audiences

  • Philosophy for Teachers — core yogic ideas every modern teacher should understand and embody

  • Teaching prompts, reflection & peer feedback — learn to assess, refine, and evolve your own teaching style

  • Sequence Smarter for Teaching — integrating your physical and pranic understanding into intelligent class design

  • Professional maturity — boundaries, ethics, and the mindset of a lifelong yoga educator

By the end of this module, you’ll step into the world as a well-rounded, mindful yoga professional — someone who can teach with both precision and soul.

Module 3 will run from October 1st 2026 - January 29th 2027.

This is not a “watch-and-pass” online course.
